Written from the heart!

I really enjoyed this book because it is written from the heart. It is very inspiring and so very true. Reading The Secret Rules Of Self-Love: How To Love Yourself, Overcome The Loneliness Of Being Single, And Achieve Happiness allows you to think about your life and then make the necessary changes in order to improve it. It opened my eyes on how I was seeking others for self validations, rather then myself. This book touched my heart and soul and I would recommend it to all of my female friends regardless of their age or relationship status and to my daughter and all her teenage friends.
Thank you Winsome for being such an inspiration and helping me finally understand that validation and happiness must come from within, first and always.

A Life Changing, and Beautiful Elegant Read.

I really enjoyed the author's style of writing. It is relatable, and actually made me feel like I was seated with her taking a coffee, as she told me the stories in the book. One of the truths she revealed in the book is that:- being single is not a crime, but loving yourself is a necessity. In the book, the author advises single people to find whatever works for them, and then stick with it. She also gives some great insights in building, and maintaining self-love. This book is not only personable, but also thought provoking. It offers real and practical solutions that both man and women can benefit from. I highly recommend it!
